Welcome to ZANA (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from zana.ltd, wearzana.com, or any ZANA-owned platform (collectively “ZANA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. General Overview
These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. By continuing to browse or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined here.
If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old, or
- Using the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
Purchasing from our website means you are legally allowed to enter a binding agreement.
3. Product Information
We try to ensure all product descriptions, photos, colors, and measurements displayed on our website are accurate. However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution.
- Minor measurement variations (1–2 inches) may occur due to manual cutting & stitching.
ZANA is not responsible for small variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances.
4. Orders & Payments
Once an order is placed:
- It enters processing immediately.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or incorrect pricing.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Bangladesh.
However, refusing a COD delivery without valid reason may result in order restrictions on your account.
5. Pricing & Offers
All prices listed include VAT where applicable.
ZANA reserves the right to:
- Change prices without notice
- Add or remove discounts
- Modify promotional codes
- Limit availability of sale items
6. Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted logistics partners to deliver nationwide.
Delivery Timeline
- Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues—these are not under ZANA’s control.
7. Replacement & Warranty Policy (No Refunds)
ZANA products come with a 7-Day Replacement Warranty under specific conditions.
We DO NOT offer refunds.
Only replacements are available.
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
- A manufacturing defect is found
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement Conditions
The item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original packaging & tags intact
Non-replaceable items
We cannot replace items if:
- The product has been worn or washed
- Damage occurred after delivery
- You ordered the wrong size based on personal judgment
- The return request is submitted after 7 days
8. No Return / No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
ZANA strictly follows:
- No returns
- No refunds
- Only replacements (if eligible)
9. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Being available to receive delivery
- Ensuring mobile number is reachable for courier confirmation
If a parcel is returned due to unreachable numbers or wrong address, re-delivery charges may apply.
10. Shipping Costs (For Replacement Cases)
- If the mistake is ours → ZANA covers shipping costs.
- If the mistake is yours (wrong size ordered, etc.) → Customer covers shipping charges for both sides.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including photos, videos, logos, text, and designs—is the property of ZANA.
You cannot copy, reproduce, or use any material without written permission.
12. Privacy & Data Security
Your personal information (name, address, phone number) is used only for:
- Order processing
- Delivery purposes
- Customer communication
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties outside logistics and payment partners.

13. Limitation of Liability
ZANA will not be responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Minor color & measurement variations
- Damage caused after delivery
- Misuse of the product by the customer
- Technical errors on the website
Our liability will never exceed the purchase amount of the product.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
